Customer Review: Purple trivets are hard to find !!

I bought this trivet for the color and the weird shape. It's a gift for my niece and I think she'll think it is as comical as I do. It'll work fine as a trivet since it's silicone. It's unique so I enjoy giving it as a gift to someone who will appreciate that it is different from regular trivets. But I got it on sale on Amazon and paid less than a third of the price that's being asked for now. I would not pay $10.00 for it.....it's just a trivet and silcone to boot, not metal. Give it time and the price may drop back down again.
