- This is my first high-end knife so I can't really compare the quality to anything. But as for design - it really is a gem. Beautiful design, very nice to hold, lovely finish.
- Buying on the net, it's really hard to tell the size of the knife. You know the length, but still it's hard to really get a feel for it. This knife is medium size, if you want something big then consider a different one. For me, it's great, not too small not too big.
Description of Global 5-Inch Cook's Knife
This 5.25-in. Utility Knife is hardworking. Excellent for preparing snack, sandwiches or salads. Great all purpose knife for those with small hands or those that feel more confident working with shorter blades.
