So we run a small art store and we have a little bistro inside as well. We don't have a large area and we do get s steady stream of lunch customers. This has been a real boon given our constraints as it effectively functions as our ice machine and water dispenser. What's even better is the crushed ice function that has allowed us to add a couple of new treats to our menu. We lost one of the bottle holder that it comes with and had to call customer support for a new one. No problems, no issues and it looks every bit the commercial grade appliance. Thanks Amazon.
