Product was shipped immediately and arrived in excellent condition. It was not too difficult to put together.
As to the product itself, it is not too sturdy and will not hold up to regular rigorous use. The biggest problem with it (that has been noted by other reviewers) is that the cloth bag slides around on the chrome and will not stay in place. To get the bag to stay in place, I had to sew Velcro on it and then glue Velcro on the chrome sides. If I had seen this in a store, I would not have purchased it.

Well I guess you get what you pay for, this thing is very hard to put togather, as usual when something is made cheap the screw's never seem to fit, trying to get the wheels to stay on is another disaster.
If you don't have the equipment to get this thing together FORGET it!
Think I'll just get a shopping cart already assembled.

I bought this cart to use to transfer laundry from my washer to the dryer, as the dryer is located across the room from the washer.....it works fine. The only improvement I would find is to make the bag not so deep. I am not a tall person, and it difficult for me to reach the bottom of the bag.Customer Review: A Serviceable Tool

It's hard to rhapsodize about a laundry hamper. However, the Whitney does all that's claimed. It's sturdy enough to last a long while, yet light enough to move about with ease. The wheels roll well on any indoor surface. (I haven't used it outdoors.) The canvas bag is commodious and durable. It does well all the things it's designed for. And that's as close to rhapsodizing as I'm going to come over a laundry hamper. Recommended.Customer Review: sturdy and convenient

With six children, myself and my husband, sometimes just collecting the laundry from all over the house leaves me worn out. That's why I like the wheels on this hamper; they help conserve my energy, and I need all the energy I can get. Plus this hamper can hold all the laundry from my laundry chute, and it's construction seems sturdy. It was pretty easy to assemble.
