The Whitney Design 07105 X-Folding Chrome Hamper Is a wonderful product. I am handicapped with a wheelchair and needed to have a laundry cart that was easy to move, hold a weeks worth of clothes and would not make much noise when in use. I found all three requirements in this hamper. First it was very easy to assemble. All you needed to have was either a straight or slot head screwdriver; they provide the rest. It took only about ten minutes to assemble. The wheels that came with it were easy to insert and they roll so very smoothly. The last cart I had, well it's wheels were awful and noisy. I also like that the Laundry Bag. It was made with long strips of Velcro across the top of the bag and it holds very well. But since it is Velcro, you can take the bag off and wash when needed. We live on the 21st floor of an apartment house and this cart comes in handy when we need to bring laundry down to the basement where the washers and dryers are located. The product was easy to assemble. However,it has a few flaws:. The velcro tabs which secure the laundry bag on each side began to separate when we added our large load of laundry. I had to safety pin the sides to keep the bag from drooping. Also, the wheels kept coming loose, so I stuck plastic wrap in the wheel space which tightened them so they're no longer a problem. I didn't return the product because I was able to fix whatever was wrong but I certainly think that this cart could use improvement in design.Customer Review: Easy to roll.

I bought this rolling hamper for my mother and she loves it. The wheels make it easy to push and it folds flat when not being used. It went together fairly easily, although I did have to give the wheels quite a whack to get them attached to the legs. All in all it was a good buy.
