My hampers (I needed 3) are as pictured and described and are serving their purpose for basement laundry-sorting and conveyance. I would inform potential buyers that at $24.99, the cost of "free" shipping has probably been built in. I purchased this for my mother, who is recovering from knee surgery. It was simple to put together and rolls easily. It is sturdy enough for her purposes, but I wouldn't put any weight on it. The cross bars look as though they may bend under pressure, and there are no lower support bars. Even so, it has a decent-sized laundry bag and folds up for storage. For the price, this cart is ok. I struggled with the wheels constantly falling off until I developed a way to keep them on and retain mobility. The frame is flimsy. The cross bars don't make it much sturdier. The bag is the BEST part. It is nice and deep, easy to remove and replace. It does slide around on the crossbars but that can also be fixed. The manufacturer needs to re-engineer this product. I would pay more for a more structurally sound product with wheels that stay on with some kind of a release lock.Customer Review: Old Style Chrome Hamper

I love this hamper because I am tall and I don't need to bend over so much. Before buying I read a prior review saying that the velcro attachment seem to come loose with lots of laundry...so I sewed them instead and it is great.
