It's fine. Five pairs of shoe pockets, and five single pockets the width of a pair of shoe pockets. Canvas is light-medium weight. Thread is medium weight.
Workmanship could have been a little better -they missed about an inch of stitching on one of the edge seams: it just stops for about an inch and then starts again. Also, they could have been a bit neater with the finishing.
One picture I saw shows one large bronze-colored over-the-door hook holding the thing up. Someone else wrote a review saying they didn't get a hook at all.
Mine came with three small aluminum-colored otd hooks, one for each of the brass-colored grommets set horizontally into the top of it. It also came with a heavy white shoelace-type cord, as another option for hanging.
I like it.

The Big Kids pocket organizer from Whitney Design is a handy, helpful unit for kids with a look that appeals to playful grown-ups as well.
