These pins are strong enough that they will hang a wet pair of jeans with a single clip (at least long enough to get the other pin on!) They are such an improvement over the wooden made in China pins with such weak springs that clothes drop right off the line.

This Clothes Pins Rust-Free Softtouch Premium Clothespins Jumbo SET of 72 by Whitney Design are the absolute best clothes pins and are customer favorites. These clothespins are perfect for outdoor clothes dryers and do not rust, have a great spring action, a tight grip and are soft to the touch. The pins are not too hard to open and grip your clothes tightly with the non-slip tips. If you leave your pins on the line between washings, you will love that these do not get brittle and break like the dime store plastic pins.These have many uses besides hanging clothes. They are great for closing chip and pretzel bags, will fit around tubular hangers to hold skirts and pants on the bottom part of the hanger, and even hold outdoor tablecloths in place.
But for hanging clothes they are perfect. Soft, tight grip, long-lasting and rust-free. This family pack of 72 is the best value (also available in 12 and 24 packs).
