Bought this the end of 2006.
First, it started with the UL error, then here and there, my husbands jeans were getting torn but we didn't put two and two together until I pulled brand new shredded shirt out of the washer.
Okay, so I wanted to like the washer so I began doing smaller loads. That didn't matter. It progressed the F15 error I had to begin unplugging it overnight to get that fixed. I found a recall for that error and had a control panel installed free of charge by whirlpool. Not long after that, we keep getting the LD error code and had to use the shop vac to suck out all the water, then it would work a few days and do it again. It finally did it to the point we had to pay over $100 to find out a shirt was stuck behind the wash basket and there was shredded underwear stuck in the pump. Okay, so it worked a week until the pump began making an awful noise and the LD error came back. We got it to drain and then whatever was stuck in it again (r still) cam out and has now clogged up our outside drain pipe.The water backed up and flooded our new floors too! Now, we have to have a plumber come out! Needless to say, this washer is a nightmare! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!
