I bought 4 of these beds because i have a doggie day care and would like my fuzzy guests to be comfortable. However i was very disappointed with the product, delivery and service.
First off, the product-
I didn't read the description closely, my fault. There is no internal bag.. what does this mean? This mean that if your poochie pees on the cover you have to scoop ALL the fiberfill out of the bed through the VERY small zipper opening, wash the cover, and then put ALL the fiber fill back in. Its going to be a PAIN IN THE @ss when i have to clean the beds. Im going to have to re buy everything! I would return it but thats more money out of my pocket! Plus these beds arrived so late that i have to use them for my clients. Plus, the pillow is WAY under stuffed so i guess now i have to find some fiber fill myself and stuff it the right way.
Delivery and Service
THE WORST EVER, it took a week AFTER the arrival date to show up and the item tracker never said anything other than " carrier notified of pickup" I contacted the company but never received any response.

These are plain and simple beds that fit my two 60# + dogs fine (they curl up into relatively tiny balls when they get on them). Agree with other comments that the beds aren't huge, but they aren't as small as some have suggested either. Best feature: if (when!) my boy Buford drags a bed out into the back yard, stuff doesn't adhere to the fabric as is the case with beds with a plush surface. I can brush it off and it's OK. Worst feature: there is no inner container for the stuffing, so my boy Buford has only to chew through the outer fabric to have a field day pulling out all the stuffing. So I just ordered two more to have a replacement and a backup. I have a feeling I will be buying a few more of these!
You won't save any $$ buying directly from Northern Tool vs. buying through AMZN. I paid about $10 shipping on each of two orders of two beds (so far!) so expect each bed to cost $15, not $10, assuming you buy them two at a time. That's still not bad compared to the cost of dog beds at pet specialty stores (or even Wal-Mart), but an effective 50% surcharge to get the item is a little irritating. Wish Northern Tool stocked this item in their retail stores, but the one I checked in my town didn't have any and staff were surprised that their company sells such things.

We ordered 2 of these beds for our dogs. They weren't quite as big as we thought they'd be, but that was our mistake. These beds are a fantastic value! Not only do my "boys" prefer them over the more expensive one that we already had, but I can throw them, filling and all right into the washing machine! They come out of the dryer fluffy and their cedar scent is renewed. The cedar is a great addition!
