We bought four of these since they were cheap. Not only are they cheap, they are worthless as well. One of them had a mouse trapped inside for part of overnight apparently, until it ate one of the little plastic barriers in the lid top and squeezed out the entrance. The other three traps from the very beginning, mice just come and go as they please within seconds, taking the bait away with them. They don't even need to bother eating the lid. We usually put 2 or 3 Cheese-It crackers in the far end of each trap. As soon as we hear noise and check, the crackers are gone out of every trap--with no mice inside. Buy something else, these are a total waste of money.
