Bought this for my wife to replace a glass one that I broke. I haven't the expertice to give a first hand review, I can only give my observation of her enjoyment. She has become, in my opinion, a "Wine Snob". She uses the Vinturi to enhance every glass. She has been able to enjoy a glass of wine she would have previously called "Undrinkable". Easy cleaning, Looks as it will last forever.Customer Review: Aeriate a glass or a bottle. TERRIFIC!

I'm not sure how it does it, but this aerator can make a $12 bottle of wine taste like a $50 dollar bottle. Totally cuts down on the bite at the end of cheap wine, and makes expensive wine taste that much better. This is how wine was meant to be enjoyed.Customer Review: Amazing little invention

Who would have thought that a simple little gadget like this one could enhance the taste of wine? Well, it does. We have had numerous guests make the taste test. A sip of wine before aerating and another sip afterwards. Unanimously, the wine tasted better. Somme comments: lighter, softer, less acidity, smoother.
I had originally purchased an aerator at a vineyard boutique in the Napa Valley. I liked it so much I went on the internet to purchase another one. After comparing prices, Amazon had the best offer.
Try it youself. You won't be disappointed.

An amazing little tool. We've tried other aerators in the past, but nothing compares to this. Not only does it open up the bouquet of a good wine, it actually changes the texture, giving a good glass an almost velvety consistency that enhances its flavor.
We've have now tried it on some of our most special cellared wines as well as some moderately-priced bottles. And it enhances EVERY one of them!
If you're seriously into wine (or not!), I can't recommend this device enough. Plus the little traveling pouch is cool as is the drip stand!
