Can not say enough good things about the Victorinox knives. Have been using them for years. All I have to do to make a believer is to give them some of these knives and they are gung ho too! Great quality for a price that doesn't break the bank. They make wonderful gifts.

RH Forschner by Victorinox knives feature high carbon, stainless steel blades, hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen.
