Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Victorinox 47508 3-1/4-Inch Paring KnifeCustomer Review: Great paring knife for the price! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great little knife for a great price! I have an assortment of more expensive paring knives, none of which keeps an edge for very long. This one keeps its edge, is light and easy to hold, and was cheap.
Customer Review: Great quality, value Summary: 5 Stars
I bought two of these, one for my mother and one for myself. She says it's the best knife she's ever used. Both of us are pleased. Great quality for the price. Would recommend it.
Customer Review: Great sharp knife Summary: 5 Stars
I love this knife. It has the true Swiss Army quality and feel to it. It is small, light, but sharp. It makes cutting smaller items in the kitchen easy, and removes the fear of cutting yourself. I gave one to my mother as a gift, and she loves it. She has a habit of cutting herself when cooking, and with this knife she says she can easily and safely cut. Highly recommend.
Customer Review: Ideal paring knife Summary: 4 Stars
This is a nice paring knife. I purchased this item based on reviews from other consumers. Not disappointed in the least. Would highly recommend.
Customer Review: It's all right, I guess. Summary: 3 Stars
It stays sharp for a long time, just like my 8" Victorinox Chef's Knife (which I love). However, the handle feels really loose and the metal blade is flexible and bends around. It does the job, though, and was worth what little I paid for it. But I eventually want to spend more money on better quality (because I don't think in this case I can spend as much or less for better quality - it was on sale for about $8, I think). If you're just starting out in your new home as a beginner cook, like I was, I guess I'd recommend. Otherwise, go for something else.
