Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Victorinox 47508 3-1/4-Inch Paring KnifeCustomer Review: Great knife Summary: 5 Stars
Again on the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen, I purchased this knife and was not disappointed. It's easy to use and cuts very well.
Customer Review: Great knife Summary: 5 Stars
This knife has a good feel to it and is very sharp though I would not consider it a "paring" knife. I would recommend it because it's good quality at a great price. (My idea of a paring knife is something a little smaller with a curved handle and blade.)
Customer Review: Great knife for the money Summary: 5 Stars
This knife is very sharp and comfortable to use. The handle doesn't seem to be the fibrox like the 8" chef's knife, it has a little less "grip" to it, but it shouldn't be a problem even if your hands are a little wet. For $5, I'd definitely recommend this knife. As someone who enjoys cooking, but doesn't want to spend a fortune on her hobby, this line of knives is perfect. They are so much sharper and thinner (but not flimsy) than others I have bought which makes kitchen tasks a breeze. It really makes me want to cook more when I have tools like this that work so well.
Customer Review: Great knife, but buy the set for almost the same price Summary: 5 Stars
Excellent knife.
However, why would you buy this when you can buy 2 more equally great knifes for almost the same price?Victorinox Cutlery 3-Piece Paring Knife Set, Black Poly Handles
Customer Review: Great knives! Summary: 5 Stars
I thought this would really be too small for most paring, etc., but it
isn't, and I find that I use it a lot. These Victorinox knives arrive sharp, and they stay sharp. The handles are nice, too, very slip-resistant. Good buy!
