Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Vic Firth French Rolling PinCustomer Review: Good basic rolling pin Summary: 5 Stars
I like to bake but usually only stuck to things that didn't need to be rolled out - this was probably because I only had one rolling pin made out of heavy marble that I disliked having to pick up and deal with the handles turning around.
I bought this French rolling pin on a whim because it was inexpensive. It's so light, easy to clean and easy to use that I find myself making and rolling out pizza dough, cookies and other pastries more often. For doughs that need to stay cold I'll probably continue to chill and use the marble pin but for everything else I'm using my new wood pin!
Customer Review: Good rolling pin, made in Maine Summary: 5 Stars
This rolling pin is what it's supposed to be... made from quality wood, easy to control, cleans up with a little water and looks good in my kitchen. Living in Northern New England, I was surprised that this rolling pin was made nearby in Maine. It's nice to contribute to the local economy.
My mom has a similar rolling pin from her grandmother that my brother will likely inherit. I can see this Vic Firth rolling pin passed down through the generations as well.

This quality wooden rolling pin delivers exactly what it promises. Inexpensive, and I suspect that with care it will last a lifetime.
Customer Review: Great tool, you can't go wrong Summary: 4 Stars
My old rolling pins were clunky and old and not used very much. Purchased this one based on others positive reviews and they were correct. Quality product, cleans and stores easily and does what it supposed to do.
