The item got here quickly and I was very excited to plug them in and see if they would help with my cats marking and terrorizing each other. It did neither. I see no difference in their behavior in the month that they have been plugged in. It says to use for 90 days to get the full effects but that means buying more refills. I don't think I will be doing that.
