This large wire skimmer, with a wide mesh scoop head measures 17 inches long and is ideal for shallow or deep frying of shrimp, tempura, or french fries. Crafted from durable steel, with a nickel plate finish, the skimmer tolerates high temperatures while the long handle ensures that hands are safely away from the hot oil used for frying.
