The first one I received was faulty (one of the buttons was permanently locked), which I finally figured out after trying a number of things to get it to function. Had there been more comprehensive written instructions, this would not have been so difficult. However, as always, Amazon was timely and fair in its replacement, and I'm happy with my new one.
