This product works perfectly and makes delicious roasted garlic in just 27 minutes. That's a lot less time than it takes to roast it in an oven, which you first have to preheat.
I sprinkle some olive oil on the cloves and some sea salt and sometimes a little dried herbs like dill or tarragon or thyme before roasting. When they've finished roasting, I cool the cloves and then put them into a zip-lock sandwich baggie and refrigerate. They stay good for a couple of weeks, but they don't get the chance to last quite than long, since we use them in sauces, stews, soups, salads, mashed potatoes, etc. They're delicious!
Great product. Easy to use and quick to clean. You'll love it!
They also make wonderful gifts to give to newlyweds and friends. They'll be grateful to you. We just ordered one for a granddaughter who recently got married. She loves to cook and will surely love this product.
Do not be fooled by the different prices on different colors. They are all the same and work exactly the same way. The price should be about $25.95.

This little thing was recommended to me from a friend and it was all that she said it was!! If you love garlic, it is the gadget for you. The roasted garlic comes out perfect. In the last three days I have gone through 8 heads of garlic!! (some for friends) Perfect for roasting and spreading on baguette bread or using for sauces.Customer Review: Great!

I highly recommend this item to anyone who loves garlic!! My husband and I got this as a wedding present and it is great!! We have used it over and over, and I will be purchasing this for gifts of my garlic lover friends forever! Italian night is great, but we use it for many more occasions!
It takes 27 minutes for of whole bulb, but also gives you an extra 10 minute more if you are cooking up to 3 bulbs-and it fits in the little pan provided perfectly!!
Normally I would spend at least an hour at 450 degrees in the oven for the same product, but this is better.
You can use the garlic as a spread, in dips, in sauces--it comes out great!!
Order this if you have garlic lovers!! This is A++++ for garlic lovers--they will love you!!
