I got this Clamshell Opener for my husband for Father's Day. He gets lots of computer stuff that comes in those "impossible to open" plastic clamshells. This works like a champ and he is delighted!!!
It's a bit bigger than it looks, but is mighty handy if you can find a handy place to park it!!!

It works but...I usually don't end up using it. It sort of just ends up on the bottom of my "random stuff" kitchen drawer. It's not the highest quality built product either: its pretty much just plastic w/a protected blade. The price is about right for what you get.Customer Review: Love it!

Have had great luck with this when I have used it. I have a lot of trouble getting the packages encased in plastic open. This makes it safe and easy.
