Customer Review: Cute but wouldn't buy again

I bought this for a family trip to Disney to keep our snacks cool. On Day 1, I threw in two frozen bottles of water, two bottles of room temp water, some raisins, a banana and an apple. A few hours later when I opened it, nothing in there was cool AT ALL except for the frozen bottles of water. Very disappointed so that night, since we were staying in a hotel with a fridge, I took the frozen water bottles out since we had already drunk them and put everything back into the bag and into the fridge overnight. We left the hotel at 9am. A few hours later, we opened the bag and all our food was nice and chilled. The secret is packing everything into the bag and making sure everything is chilled before putting into the bag. By 9pm, the water bottles were still cool. Not COLD but cool-ish and still nicer than warm room temp water. The outside temp had been in the 90's.
