The hot's hot, the cold's cold AND it doesn't leak, even if you knock it over.
Perfect coffee container for the car; the flip lid latches solidly and easily, and opens effortlessly. If it falls over, it doesn't leak at all.
The top opens wide enough for ice cubes and easy cleaning too.

It is everything it advertises to be. I work evenings and like to bring coffee, this thermos does the job well. After 5 or 6 hours, even when it is half gone and has been opened a few dozen times it is still hot. Lid is well designed; drink mouth is large and easy to clean. The thermos itself is easy to clean, interior is stainless and lid is plastic. O ring seals are easy to remove, clean, and replace. Lid snaps shut and has clip to secure closed, when clipped you can toss it around with zero chance of spill. A little wide for common cup holders in some cars, but with no spill lid it is not too big a deal. It is also excellent for cool drinks, the wide mouth allows for ice to be inserted. I have used it when hiking and cold water stays cold all day, even in the hot sun. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a hot or cold beverage thermos.Customer Review: Excellent flask

Excellent product. Keeps stuff ice cold for about 15 hours. Just press the yellow release lever and the lid pops open from a compressed rubber stem. One handed drinking. For leak proof operation make sure the yellow lever is 90 degrees from the belt clip; it sort off stops there by itself if you turn hard enough.
My only complaint is that the top opening is to small to fit under the ice dispenser, so you have to place ice cubes in one by one. Other than that it is great.

I just received this in the mail yesterday and had my first chance to try it out today. I put hot coffee in it this morning at 8:30am (steaming hot right out of the pot, but mixed with creamer, etc) and drank it throughout the day. This is no exaggeration: when I was driving home this afternoon at 4:00pm, the coffee was still very warm, as if I had poured a fresh cup and let it sit for a few minutes while I got changed or something. I was completely amazed. You certainly have to be careful in the beginning because hot stuff stays VERY hot and I got a little bit of a burn on those first sips in the car. However, if you want something that is easy to access with one hand, leakproof, holds a ton of coffee (two large coffee mugs worth) and keeps your stuff hot, this thing is awesome. I know it says "Hydration" and is supposedly only for cold items (at least according to the safety insert) but it worked for me. I'm 110% pleased with this item and will DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family.
