My fiance spent a lot of time looking around for a coffee mug that would work for me, and he picked marvelously! The best features of this are the most important ones: convenient size for car drink holders, holds enough volume to be worthwhile to bring it with you, keeps coffee very hot for a long time (I can fill the mug and cart it to the gym with me and 2 hours later, drink it and the temperature is perfect!), is comfortable to hold AND DOES NOT LEAK when closed!! There are very few products I love the design of enough to write about, but this is one of them. I know I sound like a hired Nissan advertiser, but it really is worth the [money]. Tried a few mugs out there. If you are serious about keeping your hot beverages, hot, and I mean hot, for 4-6 hours, warm through 8, then there is no other mug. Oh yeah, it's spill proof and has flawless pouring for no-spill drinking too. Limp wristers, a caution, if you tighten the lid moderately, the heat creates a suction and the lid tightens even more. This is the way to keep the liquids spill-proof and hot, but you can tighten it less for easier opening.Customer Review: Best coffee mug you can buy!!!

I love this travel mug. I actually own three of them. One for the office, one for the home and one in my car. I'm a big coffee drinker and have a big collection of other various insulated coffee/travel mug and this is by far the best. Completely leakproof and keeps my coffee and tea hot longer than anything else I own. I even own other Thermos mugs and this still their best model. Simple design and functions better than any other mug I've seen. I'm surprise others manufacturers haven't copied the design. The screw down lid locks in the heat and makes the mug extremely leakproof. Definitely worth the month and you'll be using it everyday. I'm going to box up my other 10 to 15 travel mugs and donate it to the salvation army.Customer Review: Best cup on the market!

My first mug is still going strong, although the lip is a little banged up from when I left the mug on the roof of the car and set off. Just bought a second for stock as I worry that this will eventually cease to be sold and I will lose the one I have. This mug does not fit into the cup holder of a VW Passat, but the handle will hook over the edge of the cup holder and thus works fine. With the lid on tight heat is retained for over an hour. On one's desk without the lid it outperforms your standard coffee cup in terms of heat retention. This is the mug to buy. The only drawback, and it is not worth taking away one star, is that if you just loosen the lid to drink while moving, some liquid will collect in the finger hold spaces in the lid and therefore will be sloshing about when you screw the lid back down. Hardly a negative compared to all the junk out there.t
