Annoying ridge for where carabiner is meant to attach ruins tactile feel (I do not use the carabiner)
Thorough cleaning can be a hassle

I love this mug. It keeps my drink hot and is leak proof. I am able to add sweetner while tea is steeping and then turn it upside down without spillage. There is no need to stir it. I bought a second one to have on hand just in case they change the product. My son told me about this mug and he can't say enough good things about it.Customer Review: Awesome Mug!

After wading through all kinds of different mugs that can't keep coffee hot, I found this one. My brother and I both have one and love them. They will indeed keep coffee hot for an hour. I also use it to keep water, iced coffee, juice, etc. cold, which if anything lasts even longer.
This mug contains space between the walls that is vacuum sealed to eliminate temperature change. It works very well and if you want something to transport your drink in you'll find none better.
I will warn that the amount of liquid coming out depends on how much you unscrew the lid (should make sense). Once I wasn't getting much out so I unscrewed it another turn and to my shock the coffee flooded out, severely burning my mouth... I was not expecting such a drastic difference. Needless to say, I'm a little more careful now, but it doesn't hurt to mention it.

I really like this mug. I'm a student and wanted a mug I could throw in by backpack and not worry about it leaking, and this is it! It will keep my coffee warm for several hours. The only thing I don't really like is that the lid can be difficult to remove if the inside is cools while the lid is tight. It only takes a little pressure to seal the lid- any more and it can get stuck (I made this mistake when I first got it- no problems since).
Having had this mug and the Thermos Tumbler w/360 degree lid, I would make the following suggestion: if it has to seal 100%, get the Leak-Proof. If you can deal with losing a couple drops, get the 360. I liked drinking from the 360 better, but it didn't seal well enough to leave in a backpack. But it wasn't a big deal if I knocked it over and picked it back up.
