My husband and I have owned our Nissan 18 oz Thermos for well over 6 years. I bought mine because I was so impressed at the great job it does at keeping drinks cold for LONG periods of time. I put ice and water in it at bedtime, and what's leftover in the morning is still icy cold and still has ice cubes - very little melting. As for hot drinks, we have the same result - keeps hot drinks hot for hours. The lid has a flip open tab that keeps the drink sealed until you want a sip and then flips back with ease. Now we've bought this one for my mother who was equally impressed.

On arrival and for hours afterward coffee, tea, or soup will stay hot or lemonade, iced tea, or a sports drink will stay chilled. It's handsome and compact (8-1/2 inches high), plus its 2-1/2-inch-diameter bottom fits most vehicle drink holders. A band of soft, nonslip black rubber encircles the tapered, satin-finish exterior, ensuring a firm grip. The top and bottom are black plastic. The sip-hole cover flips open for no-spill sipping.
