This Thermos product is the best insulated bottle I have ever seen!
I would fill it with red wine and throw it in my suitcase on my next trip without beeing concerned it wouild leak a single drop!
The seal is perfekt, and it is still very handy: it can be opended and closed with one hand while driving with no problem! After drinking, it either fits into any cup holder, or you just throw it on the passenger seat!
If you fill in hot coffe in the morning, it will still be hot at lunch! And even after 8 hours, the content is still warm enough to drink.
The only thing it needs is good cleaning, otherwise, the seal (yellow on mine) will look ugly in no time, and it will also get a pretty nasty scent. I left it in my suitcase twice after use for a couple of days, and it really took a while to get it clean after that!
I have never tried to throw it in the dishwasher, but I bet it wouldn't hurt it.
I would recommend it to anyone who likes good quality, reliable seal and a handy bottle.

The box says it keeps hot liquids hot for 8 hours and cold liquids cold for 12 hours. I don't doubt it, after a year of use.
People complain about the latch breaking, but I don't have that issue at all. The lid is sprung, and it snaps back pretty hard. I use a finger, and I catch it before it gets that far. In fact, everyone should do that since the lid as a tendency to fling liquid if allowed to open by itself all the way.
I've found that the Nissan Thermos/Thermos Nissan line are remarkably resilient and extremely well insulated. I have a much older, Nissan Thermos for cold liquids, and I've had it for over six years. All it has are scratches. I have the smoke color of this particular product, and it's some type of plastic/rubber coating and will eventually scratch off. I have a few small scratches. My friend owns the stainless steel one, which is really just not coated at all (bare metal).
If you need something to keep your beverage hot or cold through your entire workday or school day (if you don't drink it all first), something you can use with one hand, is easily washable, and practically leak proof (another tip, don't fill above the max fill line, or it will definitely leak; it's user error, not a flawed design), this is the thermos for you.

The best I ever had...I use it for hot coffee and lay it on it's side on my motorcycle and it holds the coffee as hot as when it's put in after an hour drive with out a single drop slipping out.

Perfect product, everyone that we have shown has bought one. We use it for hot and cold. The cold in Florida is crazy good, I leave it in my car all day and still cold with ice. One time it was so hot from the car and sun I could hardly hold it, but ice cold inside. We have since ordered 4 more for friend and family.
