nothing was cracked when I recieved it. have not used it yet, but it appears to be in proper working condition. If youan overly picky person then dont purchase this item. Refrigerator, Stove, Washing Machine and PUNCH FOUNTAIN - this is like a necessity. It's been a huge hit for not only all my big parties but also for any intimate gatherings. My 3 kids feel extra special when I bring this out for their Birthday parties. It's so easy to put together and clean. Haven't found any huge cons just one minor one - you can't make punches with pulp or fruit. I've bought a couple to give out as gifts and it's been a hit.Customer Review: Everyone loved it

I used this punch fountain for a brunch of 55 women. All ages loved it. We simply used cran-raspberry juice with ginger ale. It was an attractive addition to the serving table, easy to use and clean. Really beats using a punch bowl that has to be hand dipped.
The product arrived quickly, no defects, cheaper than renting, and although a very lightweight plastic is perfectly sturdy enough for as many events as I'll be using it for.

:) Important: for the next opportunity please post a notice of (FRAGILE), because the source has a small small fault in one of the dishes, but since I bought it from Venezuela, it is difficult to return it, please Take in consideration. Anyway works perfectly. thanks!!
