We used this fountain for the first time last night. It was the hit of the party. Everyone loved it. We followed the directions exactly, and the fountain worked perfectly. All you have to do is pre-melt the chocolate before you put it in the machine, and you have to make sure you add the right amount of vegetable oil so that it flows well. We used Ghirardelli chocolate chips. The machine ran constantly for about 4 hours with no problems. Overall it was very easy to clean, except for maybe a couple of small tricky spots, but if we had put that one part in the dishwasher it would have been a breeze.Customer Review: Easy to use

This fountain was very easy to use. It was also easy to clean by hand. Be sure the fountain is completely level or else the chocolate all lumps to one side.

I bought this for my daughter's bridal shower. It worked like a charm! Everyone loved it and it worked perfectly. It's super important to make sure the chocolate is completely melted before filling or adding to the machine.
We will be using this for more holidays and parties. Super fun!

Used it for the first time Yesterday at a baby shower I threw. It worked very well, just make sure your chocolate is thoroughly heated and thinned. There is some noise to the machine, but not extremely loud. This smaller size is good for smaller parties or just the family at home.
I like it & plan to use it again.

This product is great for meetings or small parties with friends. However, it sometimes stops working and you have to restart it every once in a while. But, due to the low price I would say it's OK.
