Customer Review: Love the glasses but.....

I bought these because I was tired of the cheap ones getting leaks, fogging up inside, and cracking. Well these are excellent quality and looked like they would last forever. The lifetime guarantee made me believe they would last years and then when they did mess up I'd send them in and get a new one. Well, I had these a few months now and the first one that I dropped broke all the way around the top and the inner plastic poped out of the outter shell! It fell about 3 feet (i was drying the glass) flat on it's side and it just poped out. I still love the rest of the glasses but I think it should have taken this kind of a drop without breaking. I didn't expect this hassle of sending it in for a replacement for at least a few years. Maybe it was a fluke. I would still buy them again. They are the best insulated glasses I have ever owned. If you have a glass of water and put ice in it then don't drink it all and go to bed, there will still be ice in it in the morning.
