Organize-It did not have this item in stock when I ordered it, so it took a full two weeks to have it in stock and then another week to ship it. When this sort of thing has happened before with other companies they offered some sort of discount on a future product, a percentage off, or expedited shipping because they offered a product not in stock. Not so with organize-it.
Don't buy this if you have fluffy or larger towels. When folded, half the towel will hang over the edge of the rack.
