I love this kitchen gadget. It makes PERFECT roated garlic in little time. I broke my first one, my fault, and this replacement was really hard to find. For the price; does exaxctly what it says, quickly, excellently, and easy to clean. For those of us without the time to peel fresh cloves it works great with the large jar of already peeled cloves. I like the quick easy way this roaster roasts garlic. It really does exactly what it is advertised to do. I love the smell of roasting garlic and the cooked garlic tastes great! It is simple to operate, cooks in 27 minutes and is simple to clean! It is well worth its price.
