This product is amazing, if you....
1. Hold the egg metal side up while using. If the egg is sideways or metal side down then the skin flakes can't collect in the resevoir.
2. Only grate in *one* direction. I know the instructions say grate back and forth, but I found much better results only going one way at a time.
3. Apply pressure. Don't be afraid of hurting yourself, if the skin is white and calloused, it's dead!
4. Be patient. The thicker the callous, the longer it will take to see results. Smaller callouses will disappear in minutes, but larger ones might look unchanged.

I'm a 38 year old man, and I'm not embarrassed to say that this little pink callous remover really works like a charm. In a matter of minutes, I removed the callouses from my feet and it made no mess at all. There was no discomfort and the emery board is a nice touch also. For $8, this was MORE than worth it.
