it does it's job.
You can't make a Mojito without one.
I love it but found it to be a bit too short for my shaker ( my fat fingers keep hitting the top of the shaker )so I ordered a longer one too, that should not take anything any from this well made muddler.
It is comfortable and makes mashing the mint easy.
PS... don't forget the splash of bitters in your mojito's ... it's really makes a difference.

It seems to work sufficiently well to add some mint juice into my mojitos. Still, I'm not sure if it brings results one would expect from a perfect muddler. It fits my 'boot-rise' glasses just fine, but for taller glasses it is short (>5" I believe).
