Measuring 11 inches square, this glass replacement lid can be used with any 11-by-11-inch square grill pan, casserole dish, or frying pan within the Swiss Diamond cookware line or other brands of cookware meeting these dimensions. Made of clear tempered glass, the lid allows cooks to check on meals as they cook and is also resistant to thermal shock. Reinforced stainless-steel rims offer further durability against knocks and chips. The lid has knob in its center that stays cool to the touch and has a sliding lever that opens for optional venting.
