Well, I have had one of these for my teddy bear hamster... She used it as a bath, but never as a potty. She enjoyed rolling in it, so we just let her use it that way. I now have two new baby hamsters. They have not figured it out yet, so I guess we'll see.
Elsewise, decent product. No defects. Refills of litter are reasonably priced.
