I wanted something to hot water in the office to make tea and hot cocoa. I did a search online and this was the most inexpensive. I read the reviews and was worried about taking the time to try it out. However, I did not want to spend $60.00 just for a device to hot water. I bought it and it works great so far. I have it for about 2 months now. Just follow the directions and it will be great. I know the thingy to pour water into your cup might seems flimsy but if you act with care and not force it to get the water into your cup in a hurry (with time it takes less than 30 seconds to full your cup there is no need to push down) this device will last for a long time.
