If I could give NO stars that would be what I would do! Save your money. I bought one at a Belk store out of town - didn't get the first puff of steam. Thinking I got a lemon, I bought another when I saw it at CVS Pharmacy. Did not work - again, no steam, no ANYthing. So now I have to return two! Wish I had dome some homework before buying. I have yet to read a positive review of the thing. How can they keep selling??
