Customer Review: The best stainless pan I have so far

I got this small saucier pan during a Gold Box Sale, and I have used it about five time since. During use, I notice that the boubles are evenly distributed throughout the bottom and are of approximated equal size. I guess this is due to the fast and even heat distribution of copper insert bottom. And I haven't had any burn at the bottom using this pan yet. I am really happy with this pan, although I have to admit that the regular price is too steep for this little pan. Wait for a good sale; I am looking for other pans in the series to be put on sale too.
As far as durability, I don't think it is a concern. Even though it is light, it is well build. I don't expect to have any problem with it, unless I keep dropping it on concrete floor.
