The SilverStone Soft Touch products are magic. This is the best non-stick bakeware I have ever purchased and believe me, I have purchased products from stores, on line, TV (QVC), etc. only to throw them out. The SilverStone is HEAVY and well coated on all parts. No uncoated metal shows as in some brands. I've done cakes and brownies, chicken, vegetables, etc. in the oven without any spray or grease on the bakeware and after cooling a few minutes the cakes and brownies flip out when the pan is turned over. If it should stick, nudge it with a spatula and flip it. The clean up takes less than a minute. Baking is fun again.
