I bought this item through Amazon. If you sit next to it you can tell by the smell that it's working slightly. But, it isn't real abundant and it wears out quickly. It's not as powerful as they claim. I would have bought a different cleaner and actually am looking for a different one to replace this one. I need something stronger. My room is only 10 X 10 that it is in...hardly can tell it works.
