An excellent and inexpensive source of mineral oil is from a large animal veterinarian. Mineral oil is often used to treat a cow that has bloated. The mineral oil carried by a veterinarian will come in a gallon jug and is food grade. I use it to soak many of my kitchen utensils, especilly wooden knife handles. For anyone that lives off of frozen-pizza's, this is a must! Just makes inserting and taking out of the pizza easy and burn-scar free. I will be purchasing another one for my son.
