Description of Sassafras Little Cook Kit

Kids, and adults, love to dress the part. Sometimes that's half the fun! The Little Cook includes a cotton/poly chef's hat with an adjustable velcro closure to fit kids' heads of all sizes! The mitts are quilted and extra-long and the apron is a sunny yellow to appeal to both boys and girls. All of this, plus a wooden spoon.

This kit for children outfits young pastry chefs with the proper kitchen attire. The kit comes with a child-sized wooden stirring spoon that is comfortable in smaller hands when preparing batter. A bright yellow bib-style apron keeps clothes free of flour, chocolate, and other common baking stains. Long blue quilted oven mitts protect little hands all the way up to the forearm so kids can safely remove their hot masterpieces in the oven. The final touch is the poufy white chef's hat with an adjustable velcro closure, which gives kids the feeling of expertise they need to succeed in all their baking endeavors.
