It doesn't seem all that accurate. For example, on consecutive tests, one right after another (within seconds), the results can swing plus/minus 0.04 points. I wouldn't recommend relying on it for precise BAC readings.Customer Review: Not worth a dime

I bought this from work and my husband and I tried it out that night. I followed the instructions and calibrated the device and we went to our favorite restaurant. He had quite a few beers in two hours and we waited 15 minutes since he finished his last one before he tried the device. The reading on the device said .03 when it should of been much higher. Needless to say, I was the one to drive home. I returned it the next day.
