I agree with the Jan 18, 2005 review; the heater does not stay in the wall outlet. It falls out when you turn the knob to turn it off/on or after a few seconds on (from vibrations). It was our second time purchasing this model; the first one from a couple of years ago did not have this problem.Customer Review: Great Product!

This product was shipped promptly and does exactly what I had hoped. I bought it for the bathroom, wanting something that has no visible cord and does not have to sit on something else. It heats and installs just fine. However, I bought for the bathroom because it says has an outlet. The outlet is not a typical 2 prong kind, rather something that looks like a headphone outlet. Sorry I don't know electrical terminology. Anyway, you can't plug anything into it as described. Waist of money.Customer Review: Serves the purpose

I purchased it to warm the room in conjunction with my Air Tub. Before the room air cooled the water, but now the air remains warm and so does the water. I found no problem with stability, but I took one of the previous reviews seriously and followed the instructions carefully. It does not vibrate, and the only sound it makes is as any small circulating fan.
