This is definetly a good item to buy if you are a college student needing a closer look a rocks. I've had mine throughout petrology and mineralogy classes and it's an awesome companion to have. who sells on ebay and whose eyesight isn't good enough to find small flaws in glassware and ceramics. They look good, work fine, she seems to be very pleased with them. She also likes the little plastic box they came in also. Says it keeps them from getting scratched in her handbag and make them easier to find. With both a 10x and 20x magnifying loupe built into one small, easily handled device, this jeweler's loupe comes in handy. Even though it's made in China it seems to work well and the lenses seem to be good quality. Very good purchase for the price if you need something like this for examining jewelry or for other hobbies.
