I bought this pitcher not because of the mixing ability, but because it was the perfect size for most little individual tubs of drink mix. (I'm sure this is no accident.) I used it for the first time last night and was very impressed at how quickly and thoroughly it mixed the drink mix and water. . . a definite improvement on using a spoon or shaking vigorously. And it's so much cheaper to buy drink mix in tubs than in individually wrapped servings.
