It was easy to release cake out of pan and the clean up was easy. As soon as I received my sunbeam springform pans I baked a strawberry cheese cake. If you like to bake and hate to scrub baking pans and flip cakes upside down hoping they will not mash up then this is the product for you! Get it you will not regret it!

I bought my set about a year ago. I've only used the 10" pan four times. I use it for cheesecake and aside from it leaking like a sieve, it's worked pretty well. Today, without any indication of problems, the nonstick surface decided to stick to the cake rather than the pan. It looked like someone painted my cake black. I wish I could give a "0" rating.Customer Review: What a deal!
