These bitters are fantastic. They are quite aromatic - as opposed to the Fee brothers orange that taste mostly like orange candy (which can be a good thing in some cocktails) - but they are more complex than the Angostura orange, which taste something like regular Angostura mixed with Fee's orange. A dash of Regan's orange rounds out a sidecar cocktail perfectly and turns this classic cocktail into a *classic* cocktail. It is nice that they also come in a bigger than usual 10 oz size.
