Customer Review: Cannot Rate what I do not Have!

I am still waiting for a response about my pitcher. The shipper sent this seperate from other items and the delivery carrier(UPS) did not realize that the items were seperate and when I inquired about the different items, I was told all items had been picked up when they were not. I even had the clerk look for the item and was told that it was picked up.
I have been in contact with Rattleware and was told to order the pitcher again and they would eat the shipping costs. This has been to no avail since the item is no longer in stock; not even the pitcher that was shipped back to the company. It would be nice if this could be cleaned up and someone could give me clear instructions on whether I should give up and get my money back, re-order and not pay the price for the item and the shipping, or order a larger pitcher for more monwy and just pay the difference in the price of the pitcher and Rattleware will eat their shipping costs.
